Special Update: On Sunday evening, June 13, our youngest daughter Elizabeth was hospitalized for blurred vision and severe head pain. It was determined she suffered a serious dissected artery leading to the brain and causing a blood clot. She has been in ICU and treated with anti-coagulants.

The most critical time is coming to an end. No stroke, vision has cleared, blood pressure is normal. There is still a risk of a stroke, yet we are so thankful that has not occurred. She’s going home but will be closely monitored for the next six months.

We know the prayers of God’s people have made a huge difference. Thanks so much to so many of you who have called, prayed, and sent words of encouragement in this surprise health crisis for our family. We love you for it.
